Where you can find the

art and soul of St. Pete

The St. Pete Store works alongside The St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center to offer a showcase of over 50 local artisans.

Products include t-shirts, handmade glass cutting boards, baseball hats, hand poured soy candles, and books written by St. Pete authors. All products are imagined, designed and created in the wonderful city of St. Pete.

Our mission is to help visitors & residents discover our community artists, makers, and shops!

Come check us out and support local art!

Our Story:

For years, St. Pete locals have watched our city blossom into the exciting art destination it is today. Growing from the streets of the historic waterfront all the way to the southern Warehouse Arts District, our streets are now burgeoning with art and local businesses. It's no longer a secret that St. Pete is the best place to work, play and grow. Our visitors and locals alike enjoy a rich culture, a warm community, and the infamous St. Pete sunshine.

The City of St. Petersburg has always worked to support our local artists, and in 2015 the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce followed suit with the creation of The St. Pete Store. In November 2015, The St. Pete Store opened its doors and became The St. Pete Store & Visitor Center. Housed within the Chamber Building this hybrid space serves as a showcase for upwards of 50 local artists. Products include t-shirts, handmade glass cutting boards, hats, hand poured soy candles, and books written by St. Pete authors. The St. Pete Store boasts a great selection of locally made, St. Pete-themed gifts for both visitors and locals alike.

Our Visitors Center services 16,000 visitors yearly and as St. Petersburg's popularity grows, we will grow alongside it. While we knew The St. Pete Store would gather interest from visitors, we were so moved by the enthusiastic support from our community. St. Pete is such a proud city and thoughtfully chooses to support the local economy. Since our opening, we have put over $60,000 of revenue back into the pockets of local artists, entrepreneurs and makers. This project wouldn't be possible without our talented artisans and loyal local patrons. This project was born out of love for this ever growing and creating city. The seed was planted, now all we have to do is bloom.

“The St. Pete Store, where all products are imagined, designed and created in the wonderful city of St. Pete.”

Thank you to our sponsors that made this community project possible:
